I use 2 hands triple setup.

left pinky-left arrow
right thumb-down arrow
right pinky-up arrow
left thumb-right arrow
left index-4 key
back of my right hand-mash the **** out of the numpad
left big toe-z or x key (covers up and right)

but seriously, one hand is inferior to two hands. switching to two hands, you will probably see this quickly.
