All I've heard from people who use Rechargeables are that they are amazing and last even longer than normal batteries. I've also noted that a normal battery set lasts maybe 30 hours. They say rechargeables are lasting 40 or 50.

Seth, how are you so good at boxing? I'm so terrible at it. The one time I get a chance to actually hit him (once his guard is down), I swing and it goes like three feet to his left, which leaves me wide open for him to WRECK ALL EIGHT BARS IN ONE HIT.

I'm already a Pro in it, so I don't really care, but I'm just wondering why it's so difficult for me and not for you.

In other news, I proved that Gold isn't the best you can get in training mode. There's Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Oddly enough, my first Platinum was from Working the Bag in boxing training. See, I'm REALLY GOOD at that but I can't ever apply that to real matches.

My friend just got pro in boxing on Steven Colbert Mii on my console. He went straight for 0 to over 1k without losing. Then he lost his first match over 1k rating and is down to 974. XD

He only played a little yesterday on his friend's console. He also bowled a 201 in his first game.

PS: Rechargeables own and are cheap. I bought an 8 pack with a 4 pack of AAAs plus a charger for $20 free shipping. They are GOOD ones too with lots of capacity.

The Wii manual warns not to use non-alkaline batteries, such as nicad, lithium ion, nimh, carbon zinc, etc. I'm afraid something is going to explode and destroy my Wiimote =(

Hey, come on now. Does anyone listen to directions that aren't "dry clean only"?

I don't know how much batteries are, but I've already gone through the two sets that came with my two remotes and two sets of Duracell. It's been three weeks, and let's say I averaged two or three hours a day.

I mean, shoot. My friend played Zelda for so long in one sitting that he had to replace batteries twice.

It's going to be a lot of money to not invest in rechargeables.

Oh, it was a blast. First, I showed my buddies around the Wii Shop Channel and the Mii Channel. Somebody you know sent you a message from my Wii, by the way. After that, we played some Wii Sports. I found out that despite the practice I've had, people completely new to the game can demolish me in Golf and Bowling. Tennis is a different story. After getting acquainted with all the sports, we decided to bust out Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz. I never knew losing a game so many times could be so fun. The ridiculous number of fallouts we each produced just made us want to play even more.

I'll probably plan this again for next week. Except, I'm doubling the guest list.

Out of all the people who I know who are getting a Wii:

Friend A isn't getting a Wii until March/April. He is planning on having a Wii party when he gets it though.

Friend B's mom hates me (what a bitch) so unless friend A invites friend B over to his house to have the Wii party there, I won't play his.

Friend C isn't really my friend afterall and probably won't invite me to his unless out of pity/guilt, which he seemingly has little of.

Guess I won't be touching a Wii for a loooong time =/

I had a dream like that last week. Surprisingly, my mom surprised me with a wii yesterday. My arms hurt.

I played a Wii for the first time today, and it was awesome. I had a lot of trouble controlling it at first, and I still have some issues with it, but it was so fun. I can't wait for that day 2 weeks from now when I'll finally get one.

Duck and move Squeek, duck and move! lol. I don't know what I'm doing different to be honest. I usually dodge, get a bullet time effect then plant one on the chin. It took me a while to figure what direction you punch to make the guy punch the way you want him too. It doesn't seem that difficult though, maybe more practice with the trainer?

Zelda is amazing. I knew it was going to awesome but it still surprised me with how much more awesome it turned out to be.

I took my Wii down a mates house yesterday to show him the big fuss. We played Wii sports all day like. It kicked so much ass. Even his Sister and Mum were playing. I finally worked out how to play Tennis right. We played Bowling the most, it's just so much fun.

Honestly, Bowling and Tennis are the two best games on that. I'm like 1,400 in Tennis now and 1,300 in Bowling. Then again, it's not hard to increase your rank in those two games. Then again, I DO have Gold in all three training modes for those two games.

I CANNOT WAIT to get WarioWare. That's the best multiplayer game I have ever seen. I'm going to pre-order it as soon as I get back from my little trip to my cousin's house for christmas.

My thanksgiving showcasing to my cousins worked well, but that wasn't to all of my cousins. Unfortunately, I can't get a room to play this where there's a lot of traffic, so not a lot of people will see it.

Here's hoping I get my order from DeepDiscount before I leave for that trip. But if I don't, meh.

Working on plans to get Elebits in case Trauma Center doesn't ship on time. I just don't know. I want it, but I want it for under $50. So far I only know of two places selling it for under $50 with no shipping, but one is 49.87 and the other is a Google Checkout thing which I cannot figure out how to work.

If anyone has used Google Checkout, care to tell me how it works?

ps - deepdiscount is selling the metal slug anthology for $39 flat. No shipping, no tax. If it's $50 in the stores with tax, consider them.

I might be getting Monkey Ball today. Depends on when my dad gets back with the car. I hope I can. I really want to play Monkey Target so bad. I was playing the gliding game thing is Hyrule lake and it reminded me of how much I love Monkey Target.
