I remember living in Philly and we used to get rain every now and then. It was no fun living in Virginia during El Nino though. Flooded streets and everything. O_o

Oh, I'm so glad they moved you out before the "portable toilets" idea was brought to fruition. Didn't anyone stop to think about what would happen if said toilet was carried away by floodwaters? Or simply toppled by floodwaters in the dorm? Disease and pestilence, that's what.
