well see jeff, i dont believe roxor.

chris foy has been quoted multiple times stating things about the ITG DP% calculation in relation to jumps, mines, etc. but what he said, was simply not true.

i know people are ripping it from the disc and whatnot, but its still hard to believe.

Well you could atleast believe the static.ini file on their PS2 Disc for ITG1 =/ (Which is a variant of the stepmania.ini).

I can send the file if you wish.

no i believe that the file says that, enough people have verified it. i just think there may be other variables that we're not seeing that affect it too.
