RE: Re: RE: A story creating game, if you will.
Alright, I think you guys are misunderstanding the "Theme/topic" thing. So I'll try to explain it better.
let's say for example, we have 3 people and we end up picking a theme. The theme is Moral Majority. Here's what I mean by interpreting it in any way you choose.
Person A - With a theme being "Moral Majority" I'll incorporate this into the story by making a certain club or group of people relating to a main charater or characters. This "Moral Majority" of the group is forcing the characters into a situation they don't want to be in. Manipulation, extortion, blackmail etc...
Person B - With a theme being "Moral Majority" I think i'll make something about someone committing a crime that the "Moral Majority" agrees is either borderline or very bad. The charater committing this crime will face many different situations in which other characters will tell him/her that the crime committed was something that "Society" or the "Moral Majority" would agree wasn't/was right.
Person C - With a theme being "Moral Majority" I think i'll use some higher government people as characters. They'll manipulate what "The Moral Majority" thinks is right with the country. Things will come up making these characters possibly change their ideals/morals to shape a new country/regime.
Now do you guys understand what i'm talking about? It's more of just thinking of an idea that somehow involves this "greater concept".
I hope that cleared it up. We need to pick some themes/topics guys! :P
