        Considering the government is trying to pass a law where people cannot purchase M rated games unless they are 17 or older and have ID to prove so, that'd be sort of silly.

        It's GameStop's, Best Buy's, Electronics Boutique's, and GameCrazy's company policy to not sell M rated games to those under 17, already. Those are the only places I can think of off the top of my head that really push selling video games around here. I know for a fact that other places have the same policy in effect. If some crazy kid goes on a shooting rampage "because of a video game", blame the parents for buying the game for the kids in the first place.
