        Another thing, When I upload songs from Stepmania to here, will it be just the music file, or will others be able to play the song with FFR?

            Awesome! But the thing is, when i click the folder under StepMania, then I click songs all it says is StepMix 1.0 and StepMix 2.

            This is where I got to in your guide.. Help plawx?

            C:\Program Files\StepMania\Songs\ is where i got to.

                        how do you even download a song onto your computer? (i know you click download but whenever i try to go find the song so that i can put it in stepmania...i can't find it :'()

                            What if I don't want to download a song, the song is already on my pc, without .dwi and pics, just a .mp3 file, and I want to make a stepfile. Where do I put the .mp3 file to be able to edit it in stepmania? I made a thread, and "ElRayford" linked me here. Thnaks for answers. cheers mates.

                                    Thank you. At first I thought, "Meh, this isn't gonna help." But then I tried it out and it did help. Thank you for the faq.

                                    Currently making DDR Gameboy stepfiles. So far I have made:
                                    Butterfly 8-bit.

                                                        ok sice ur a god can u help me b/c i have windows vista (idk if it makes a difference) but i went to this web site http://stepmaniadownloadsource.com/ddr.html and mai friend said right click it hit save target as and the save it under sm songs and i should have it but i didnt and i tried doing what u said but im confused so please help cuz ima stuck...=/
