It was a Widget file. By default, widget files = teh sucks, since they aren't really judged harshly at all.

its stepped fine, it just feels offbeat.

and the simfile judges test it.

Is it just me or is this song horribly stepped? I can barely play it. Who evaluates the song before they're put in the game?
