Sea Breeze, basically a Heavy version of the level 1 song. Felt it needed a file with a bit more to it.

Sea Breeze
----------
- Perms, metadata good.
** Change offset from -0.510 to -0.530. Timestamps given under this change.

- I have no idea what's up with this chart, but it completely breaks when I try to load it in DDReam and just looks like a mess of off-sync colour notes from 7.004 on. However, it loads fine in Etterna & ArrowVortex. I'm guessing it's because the bpm goes too high in the spots where you do colour theory. I think that's just a DDReam bug, though, and wouldn't affect anything on FFR.

- 7.976: Same sound as previous note, so should be same column.
- 9.486: PR can be improved by using [3][2][3] instead of [2][3][4].
- 10.781: No melody here, shouldn't be a note. (You omit this at 11.860.)
- 15.530: Better on column 1 (to match 14.882).
- 29.235: Missing note for melody, followed at 29.666.
- 30.422: Missing note for percussion, followed at 30.098. (This sound seems to be followed a little inconsistently. It's also missing at 31.177 & 32.148, but is followed at 31.501.)
- 1:00.098, 1:00.961, 1:01.825: Suggest using a [234] hand because you're already using [12] jumps for a particular sound which does not play here.
- 1:02.149: I don't like this particular instance of colour theory. Since this is part of a 12th pattern already, colouring it pink implies there are actual 24ths, when in reality this gap is equivalent to a 48th. It's a bit misleading.
- 1:04.738, 1:05.062, 1:06.465, etc.: Missing jumps.
- 1:06.897: You don't follow this percussion at 1:07.976.
- 1:07.760: Ghost note.
- 1:20.818: Same column as next note, but different instrument. Suggest moving.
- 1:23.839: Missing note.
- 1:24.379: Inconsistency: at 1:23.516 you followed the 16th but not the 8th, and here it's reversed. Also, at 1:25.134 you favour the percussion over the melody, but this is reversed at 1:25.998. Keep an eye out in this section.

- Is this your first file? It's pretty impressive if so, particularly considering the colour theory and the depth of your layering scheme. There are fairly widespread minor PR & consistency issues which I'd recommend fixing, but they don't affect player experience too much. CQ on the sync. [7/10]

Fixed per the notes given. While this was my first file I've submitted here, I've dabbled in some filemaking on ArrowVortex. However, this was the first one I've felt confident sharing.

31.177 is fairly conspicuously missing, recommend adding it. CQ fixes are good to go though!

31.177 added per notes.
