> Permission check good.

-File is still pushing a large amount of PR issues (examples 00:31.015: rolling left to right when it should be rolling right to left, notes are descending rather than ascending. Done correctly albeit mirrored at 00:38.695.) (00:46.135 is descending rather than ascending.) (Same with 01:16.855 and 01:27.175).

-[01:13.015] Jumps for this section, but not for 00:57.655?

-[01:38.455] 8th jumps here, but not in similar sections like 01:42.295.

-[01:38.855] Missing 24th.

-[01:42.935] Missing 12th.

-[02:02.695] 24ths, all the way from this 8th to the following 4th.

-[02:07.015] What is the significance of these jumps? Why do they not show up elsewhere within similar sections of the song? See 00:42.535. The first part of the song that shares the same chorus looks nothing like its counterpart in terms of where jumps are utilized. Makes and feels for a very awkward play when you’re expecting one thing that was previously established in the file, and get another thing.

-[02:10.615] Don’t touch anything onwards from here, it’s perfectly fine.

-Ghost notes from the look of it has more or less been cleaned up, but there is still a wide range of PR issues, jumps that are singles elsewhere, and layering inconsistencies. I’m throwing this down in a minimal CQ given you’ve tried fixing the file before and went through the trouble of re-submitting it, but seriously take the first note in this judgment regarding PR and the note at 02:07.015, and apply it to other sections & timestamps that were not mentioned to make sure the file is flowing properly.

Ty for the Notes and CQ! (Honestly was expecting another Reject) Went through the file for a 4th time and changed quite a bit and i think its real good now, if there's anything else i need to improve or change please let me know!

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 986 => 980
AVG NPS changed: 6.77819 => 6.73694
Hand Bias changed: -16 => 10

-[00:00.775] Has the same Pitch Relevance as the first note and should be ascending as triplets, but is instead in a descending roll in the opposite direction. (4 - 3 - 2 - 1), it does this 3 times in a row.

-[00:07.015 & 00:07.495] Both 8th arrows in the same right column, but do not share the same Pitch Relevance.

-[00:20.215] If you're following the bass chirps here, PR for the following left arrow should be on the right, not on the left, as the instrument is descending in triplets (4 - 3 - 2, 4 - 3 - 2).

-[00:22.295] Shares Pitch Relevance with up arrow in 3rd column immediately before it, just like how the 4th down arrow shares Pitch Relevance with the 24th arrow in the same column.

-[00:25.495] Pitch Relevance, up arrow, not left. Ascending back up instead of Descending.

-[00:25.975] Up arrow doesn't share PR with the following 8th.

-[00:31.255] up, down, left, up -- (left-down), or (left-right). Repeats twice. Wrong way PR. It's done in the correct direction at 00:39.655.

-[01:26.615, 01:30.455, 01:31.255, 01:56.455 (repeat x2), 02:00.295 (repeat x2 this is a mirror copy-paste from 00:35.815)] PR errors.

-[01:50.935] Generally, this is _0k_, but only because it's a roll and sometimes we don't have a choice when it comes to PR & rolls. Naturally, you will want to have this roll from right to left instead of left to right because Descending, not Ascending.

-[02:04.615] PR weirdness. down 8th to right 24th does not play the same here. the right 24th should swap to up arrow since it shares PR with the up column.

-[02:07.735] PR for this 4th is shared with up column, as well as proceeding 12th being shared with down arrow. Because they sound the same but are in different columns, this portion sounds out of place.

-[02:12.775] Ascending, not Descending.

-Ending is unique enough between notes to be fine.

Here is specifically all the PR errors I could find after fixes. Please fix & send in a future batch.
