No Mercy
--------
- Perms, sync, and metadata good.

- 6.077-8.077: What you have here works for PR, but I do think highlighting that 6.077 and 6.648 are the same sound might be more effective, something like 141[23]132[13].
- 33.363, 33.648: Misplaced--this is a 5/48 rhythm, i.e. these should be at 33.458 and 33.696 respectively. (3/32nd is also acceptable if you don't like the weird 24th gap.)
- 34.934: No vocal here, why the jump? Compare with 30.363.
- 35.934: Either add a note here or remove 29.077.
- 38.077: There are three loud notes here, just accenting one of them is confusing. I'd suggest either omitting this in favour of a jump at 37.791 if you don't want to give the sound that much of a spotlight, or otherwise following all three notes, in which case the rhythm looks something like this: https://i.imgur.com/pfgRQyp.png
- 38.934-40.934: Vocal sync is a bit off at times; in particular 39.934 is noticeably early and 40.148 noticeably late.
- 61.791: Two consecutive [13] jumps that should be distinguished from each other. Keep an eye out for this throughout the file, e.g. 75.220, 93.791.
- 75.506: Remove jump, no vocal here.
- 76.934: On the other hand, here there's vocal + percussion but only a single.
- 95.934: Note here, but not 86.791?
- 96.648-113.791: Honestly, this entire vocal section needs a second look for PR--there's a lot that can be improved here.
- 103.077: Move 1/16 down to 103.220.
- 129.934: Move 1/16 down to 130.077.
- 132.363, 132.506: You've been layering in percussion, why no 16ths here?
- 133.506, 134.077: The 8th melody you're following here doesn't actually begin until 134.363, so these two are ghost notes. This is particularly noticeable becase you omit 135.791 despite it being the same sound as 133.506. Same issue at 78.648 & 79.220, actually.
- 150.791: Note here, but not 141.648?

- Pretty good novice/intermediate file, I like your choice of using additive layering for vocals + percussion. A couple notes are off by a 16th, which at this speed is very noticeable, so those need to be resolved before the file goes in. I do feel like PR could be generally improved; I pointed out 96.648-113.791 in particular because that's where it's most noticeable (since there are just vocals going on & you aren't juggling them with percussion) but there are a couple other spots where it feels off as well.
