-Sync is pretty bad. Has sections filled with hundreds of green notes, orange notes, and one section isolated to whites & cyan notes because of the sync drift. Needs many fixes in that respect, but will still judge based on the chart structure & what the stepartist is trying to portray. Just saying right away that regardless of those notes, this is why it’s getting rejected.
-Not really following PR all that much here, when beginning of the file should have a strong focus on PR melody while there are no other instruments playing.
-[00:10.500] These 32nd minijacks definitely should not be minijacks. At most, could be flams or grace notes (not sharing the same column, look like jumps but are subtly off) but plays terribly as minijacks.
-[00:12.861] Try moving the jump to not share it with the right column for PR emphasis.
-[00:17.333] Unnecessary hand. Also, make sure your sections are retaining some level of resemblance between one another. If they sound similar, they should be more or less the same unless the song dictates it otherwise.
-[00:22.166] Yeah, this is a big no from me. 32nds do not describe what’s happening in this section at all, and is a massive difficulty spike for the overall difficulty of the chart.
-[00:22.833] There are also some situations where notes can be filled in, like here from 00:22.833 -> 00:23.500 (the quad). 01:46.000 -> 01:47.500 is another example.
-[00:52.833 -> 00:55.166] Example of a correct PR usage, but flip the 32nds at 00:54.833 so that they are the same as the ones at 00:52.833.
-Overall, try to keep playability of the file the same between patterns, and also when entering/exiting patterns. There’s a lot of situations where notes share columns when they really shouldn’t be, and have an adverse affect on the playability of the file. (example being comparing 01:07.000, to 01:07.666)
-Most of the rest of this song contains issues or oversights that are included in previous notes earlier in the song.
-Suggest giving http://cosmovibe.com/ncguide/ a read, to brush up on terminology of some of the stuff in these notes, and to improve stepcharting.

Listening to the song, that is how it sounded to synch up. I re-listened to it over and over and over, and even got others to listen to it as well to make sure it was on beat, thanks for invalidating 20+ hours of my effort
