Light chart is turning out to be garbage. Removed the [Heavy] tag and added some more revisions; final until judgment.

-No, I will not pretend there’s ‘rly cool xmod tricks kthx’. FFR is not an xmod game.
-[00:00.574 -> 00:02.548] Right off the start, PR could probably be drastically improved upon for this beginning section. Everything in up column is lower pitch than the stuff before it. Also, the first set of minijacks share a closer column relation than transcribed. Works as-is right now, but for future cases, can be improved.
-[00:17.021] Works fine for the difficulty of the chart. But in hindsight, plays like a mindblock due to the up arrow longjack, and what’s going to inevitably be a 33[23][34]33. Patterning like this does not stand out elsewhere in the file, which draws attention to it.
-[00:28.862] no 16th on vocal?
-[00:37.019] With how far this chart goes in layering, quite surprising to see some notes here consistently being dropped. Most noticeable of the bunch being these 16ths that happen after 4th jumps, and 32nds surrounding said 4th jumps from time to time (see 00:41.032 for the most notable example). There are also 32nds at locations like 00:41.164, but are exceedingly quiet, and very unnoticeable.
-[00:54.650] PR could be handled better. 16ths don’t necessarily share the same column here.
-[01:05.177] Missing jump. (See 01:01.492, or 00:56.756)
-[01:10.045] Uhh, missing jump. Also, the missing 16th after it (at 01:10.177) is very noticeable (from the note regarding timestamp 00:37.019)
-Jumps start happening on every other 4th here, but the music is not indicating anything that should suggest that jumps should go on every other 4th. Conveniently fixes itself at the major transition at 01:18.466. There should definitely be jumps on all 4ths here, except for the obvious break at 01:17.413.
-[01:57.939] Definitely was expecting a [14]232 32nds given the attention to vocals earlier in the file.
-[02:01.031] Not actually a vocal 32nd, but a 32nd similar to the one mentioned via note for timestamp 00:37.019.
-Could use some general cleanup in sections across the file. Mostly regarding the missing 4th & 16th jumps in some locations, and the spare 16ths getting dropped. I could care less whether the 32nds are added in or not, although the timestamp for the 32nds at 01:57.939 should be a given.

Made minor tweaks, should be improved.

Changed this pattern from 16.889 to [34]123413[24] and 16.363 to [14], removing the longjack and making it more playable

Changed layering a bit; jumps should only land on percussion hits or certain vocals, 32nds should be better controlled

Changed very slightly, though imo doesn't seem like there's much pitch change here

Jumps follow snares which lightens up here and contrasts with section after the break
-[01:57.939] Definitely was expecting a [14]232 32nds given the attention to vocals earlier in the file.
Added with less terrible pattern.
-[02:01.031] Not actually a vocal 32nd, but a 32nd similar to the one mentioned via note for timestamp 00:37.019.
This particular note was extraneous - nice catch. Removed.
Final fix unless further fixes needed because of CQ status.
