Fresh (Charmoeleon) [6.0/10]
> Permission check good.
> Sync is slightly off (Syncs at -2.075 Music Offset, currently set to -2.060). Sync fix not required due to how framers are created, but highly suggested. Notes for this judgment will be based on this sync.

-[01:00.360] There’s so much more happening PR-wise in this staircase 16th, that can be improved upon. Like how 01:01.539 is part of a supported synth trill along with the previous 212 16ths, and how 01:00.682 & 01:00.896 (16ths in a 1234 part of the staircase) share the same underlying pitch.

-[01:06.360 & 01:06.789] Both 4ths here should be jumps (see 00:59.503).

-[01:07.646] Really weird way of capturing the 24ths while reducing them imo. Would’ve been better to just roll the 24ths left to right, place [34] jump on the 4th, and then do that in reverse for the following 24ths.

-[01:14.075] Mirror’d version of 01:00.360, and again, can be handled a lot better in the Pitch Relevance department.

-[01:24.360 -> 01:27.789] Needs a ton of filling out for notes. 16ths to a jump for starters, the two 8ths at 01:26.075 should both be jumps, as they are the same ones used from 00:59.503 and other related sections. There’s also a few singles here & there that could really be utilized. Difficulty peak of the chart are the 16ths, and the short 24th bursts. It’s not anything insane to include these, if they were left out for difficulty.

-[01:37.003] Consider forcing a minijack off this jump, to correlate it to the minijack at 01:35.289.

-[01:37.325] Could really use the 16ths filled in for this transition to the [24] 4th jump. (see 01:44.075)

-[01:51.789] Would suggest cutting this section out (if possible) as it gets dull in comparison to the rest of the chart very quickly. I’m essentially just waiting here for it to pick up at 02:12.360.

-[02:20.932] Remove the 4th note way out here.

-Quite a fair amount of consistency/layering errors, toppled behind some level of copy-pasting that contains questionable patterning in itself. First half of the file was more or less clean, but the second half could use a fair amount of work.
