- So right off the bat, if you look at this file closely in a file editor like ArrowVortex or DDream, you'll notice that the offset is wrong. That is, your notes don't align precisely with where the music syncs up. For instance:

- (In general, it's very rare for there to be no requirement to set an offset, I.e. the offset is 0.)
- I'll leave setting the correct offset to you as an exercise, but feel free to PM me if you need help figuring out what it exactly is. Anyway, once you've set the correct offset, you'll notice that soemthing's still wrong - towards the end, the notes drift offsync significantly:

- This is because your BPM is wrong: it's not 124.5BPM, that's slightly off. It's a static bpm close to that, as a hint, and if you play around with values in that range you'll be able to find the one that perfectly syncs up all arrows to the waveform correctly.

- Beyond this, I think there's a good effort in PRing worth commending. but instances like 12.530 where you have two successive arrows on the same column for two different pitches are quite noticeable. This is a fundamental challenge of 4-key charting, where you'll end up having to break or "wrap-around" PR at many points (i.e. a note at 4, and higher note at 1, or the reverse). In general, it's usually preferable to do wrap-around/break PR than represent two successive notes with the same column, because (at least in my opinion, you may disagree fairly) that is a far more noticeable "problem".
- Also I highly recommend stepping the cute lilts at around 14.939 and the like, feels weird to not have them imo. Could represent with 192nd (white) notes if you're so inclined.

Overall, a nice attempt; feel free to PM me/DM on discord directly if you want any help on any of this.
