TC_Halogen - 5.5/10
- offset is fine
- jumpstreaming patterning in the opening as a whole is pretty interesting when it’s leveraging the mini-trill/anchoring patterns -- not sure about why the staircases get used in certain instances where trills get used in other instances with the same sample/pitch
- 1:11.386: this feels briefly underwhelming given your overall usage of triples throughout this section
- 1:23.726: if you want to differentiate the tone in the kicks accurately, start the spin pattern here (i.e. flip the U/R at this spot); you can also flip it back at 1:23.863 as it doesn’t stay that way any further
- 1:27.886: i’d personally like to see a bit more in the way of pattern tension here with the added sound; you don’t need to add triples like you do for other accents, but this could be an opportunity to do something requiring the player’s attention, like repeated jumps for each couplet
- 1:44.931: just like earlier, you could leverage some pattern inversions to better accent the tonality shifts in the kicks
- 1:52.704: you’ve got a pretty long anchor on [D] which also kinda takes away from the repeated three 16th note percussion pattern you’ve got
- 1:53.249: missing note
- 1:54.067: similar situation as 1:52.704, it’s four notes long but it doesn’t really need to be there at all
- 1:55.431: noticeable ascension in percussion there which makes repeated jumps feel a bit strange
- 1:57.613: not entirely sure about this jump patterning for what percussion is here
- 2:00.476: missing note
- 2:03.749: this having the same impact as the five note 32nd burst afterward doesn’t sit well because this first instance is largely faded in
- 2:05.795: this is a bit heavy for the cutoff snares
- 2:06.340: why are these singles?
- 2:07.158: these notes are slightly delayed, enough to where they should probably be shifted down in your chart
- 2:09.067: i’d move this off of U, a [LR] jump is probably better
- 2:11.522: this should probably be shifted down, this triple is noticeably early
- 2:20.522: this jump usage is very strange given that it’s just a consistently descending snare
- 2:30.340: i’d kick the jump off here
- 2:38.931: missing triple?
- 2:58.431: can’t really hear much outside of the 16th jumps starting at 2:58.567
- 3:31.976: pattern usage could be a little bit better to highlight that repeating 3-note 16th percussive patterning, right now, it’s a little on the backwards-rolly side
- 3:34.976: not quite correct in terms of rhythm
- 3:39.766: missing note
- 3:40.431: these blips are a little too fast compared to what you’re following, I think; in general, rhythms are just a bit off around here
- 3:44.249: jump placement can be better improved to accent the buzzers in this running snare sequence
- 3:49.908/etc: percussion is a lot harder to hear here; either remove the 16ths, or add at 3:49.226
- 3:52.635: accents are late a 16th starting here
- 3:54.851: if you want to better capture the switch in attention between kicks and snares in accent, remove the jump here and add a jump on the previous 32nd
- 4:02.249: i’m sorry what
- 4:04.090: should be faster than 16ths, certainly
- 4:24.613: I think the accenting would be slightly more accurate if you added a jump on the next 16th after this, removed the jump after that, added another after, etc -- listen to the percussive accents a bit more closely
- 4:30.749: try to modify the patterning a bit to maintain that 3-note accenting while also getting off of the [UR] to better separate the two hardest sounds and their changes in pitch
- 4:38.863/etc: I understand the decision, but definitely feel like it should just be filled in too because it’s pretty clearly running all the way through
- 4:50.795: that is a reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally long one-handed trill
- 4:56.522: alternating jump jacks is your best bet here
- there’s a fair bit in this to be addressed; while the chart is certainly palatable in a number of locations and has some redeeming patterning qualities at times, inaccuracies and inconsistencies in structure overshadow them; the chart also gets a bit too spiky in the very back of the song

Wiosna - 6.5/10
i really like the jumpstreams in the first minute.

41.795 - would probably make this a [34] to cut off the OH trill a bit, this is a tiny bit spiky
1:20.113/1:22.158 - stuff like this is pretty unergonomic because of the hidden anchoring from the patterns before it and how the bulk of the pattern starts on the same hand as a pattern before it. would suggest making them a bit more lenient (the former by using [34][34] jumpjacks and the latter with [134][134]). there are other small parts of the chart that do have the same problem of "straining pattern on one hand -> next pattern starting on the same hand", but this is a very small example.
1:37.976 - you can make this a [34] jump without losing much emphasis
1:40.431 - personal preference but i do feel this 16th pattern doesn't quite fit the hi-hat rhythm here, would prefer something a bit more explicitly one hand trilly or two hand trilly rather than having a pattern with 131242 (triplets + hidden one handed gallops) patterns
1:47.249 - would probably split up this anchor by making this [24] (and the next set of minijumpjacks can be something else like [12][12]), this is a bit straining
1:53.317 - this 5-note anchor is pretty unnecessary i think... using [134] would still be a similar amount of impact given how much extant tension there has been on your left hand from the pattern before it
1:54.408 - same deal as 1:53.317, the 4-note anchor is pretty unnecessary here
2:10.976 - i have some slight concerns about these gallops because i think they might be converted badly, you should probably make these gallops 48ths or 64ths instead
2:30.340 - this [14] jump is mean lol
2:33.067 - i'd personally try to break this up to something like [24][34][12][13] where the motions are more or less the same but is distributed far more evenly. this seems like a spike and i'm not sure about it personally
2:35.249 - really unnecessary long anchor here
2:39.067 - should be a single
2:44.385/2:46.158 - omg this is really rough. i have no issues with these but i do think you should break them up to like sets of 2, 4 or 8 instead because this is really straining
2:48.613 to 2:57.xxx - there are a lot of 4-5 note anchors on the left hand here. i don't mind most of them, but it gets particularly straining when you have to hit patterns like 2:51.067 since this is already quite straining as is. besides that i think the problematic thing is that all of the hard anchors are on the left hand, so i'd suggest evening it out if possible
3:33.613 - would prefer a [23][14][23] split jumptrill here instead to avoid the anchor
**3:56.795 - this burst is extremely difficult, so you have to nerf this
4:02.249 - please change this lmao. this long staircase is unnecessary
4:18.067 - unnecessarily long anchor
4:19.295 - jumpstream here seems a bit too dense, would only layer the 8th and the second 16th
4:22.022 - anchor is a bit much
4:27.340 - anchor is also a bit much here
4:38.863/4:39.681/etc. - stream is continuous, there should be 16ths here
**4:50.795 - this has to be nerfed pretty hard, this is a really demanding pattern given how long the OH trill here is
**4:56.622 - this is definitely not acceptable. a jack this long is unwarranted here and, more importantly, is a spike in a chart that's already quite spiky to begin with

chart feels like there's this pretty substantial left hand bias throughout but maybe i'm overthinking things.

There's a lot in the chart that's really great to play through; I loved a lot of the chordglut patterning, and the "chorus" in the first minute and a half is super memorable to me. The difficulty progression is also quite nice for the most part, though it can be extreme at points.

That said, while the chart's layering structure is fairly sound, the patterns in this can be really uncomfortable and spiky at points. It gets particularly egregious in the last minute or so, obviously intentional, but I think it's still too much regardless. Some of the patterns outside of that feel unjustifiably straining on one hand as well, and there are a lot of them to the point where I don't feel too comfortable giving this a straight accept. I do think that a lot of these changes are easy to implement even if they're abundant. However, note that the chart won't be accepted if the last two points aren't applied; those I think are the two most egregious parts of the chart and should be nerfed.
