Charlie Brown Medley (WirryWoo) [8.5*/10]
> Permission check good.
> Sync is off by a large margin (Syncs at -0.319 Music Offset, currently set to -0.289). A sync change is required, but it’s a little more than that. Read notes for more info. Notes for this judgment will be based on this sync.
> No issues found within simfile properties.
> ‘.sm.old’, ‘.ssc’, and ‘.ssc.old’ files found within the submission folder. Suggest removing. No other issues found within submission folder contents.
-Sync for this song is all over the place (by a huge margin, like, big enough that it will affect framers incorrectly). It needs a sync fix for essentially what is a live recording, that drifts almost full 16ths off (32nds off in both directions).
[01:39.937] Would’ve preferred at least something for the ending fanfare here. Doesn’t have to be a 1:1 of what’s going on, just some filler between here and 01:43.991. Otherwise, the [14] jump at 01:43.991 should probably be removed, and just have it end earlier there.
-I don’t really have any qualms about this file, beyond the issue of sync happening here, and it needs to be fixed. Normally I wouldn’t raise alarm about this because ‘FFR and framers are interpretative’ but is a 32nd off in both directions at 92.5bpm, which is huge in amount of framers. Get in contact with me if you need help with the sync. No issues with the chart itself. PR is structured well, piano is layered fine, no overstepping / ghost notes. Very solid.

Yeah, never got a notification/message about fixes/updates regarding this file, until I went digging through batch myself.
Sync for the file is still not fixed, and was never contacted regarding help with the sync. Gonna reject this file to clear up the batch/tie up loose ends so the file's not stuck in batch purgatory for a millennia only to be discovered by the next Game Manager.

Don't worry, I'm resubmitting this for this batch. Sorry for not updating you haha.
