Nerfed a couple patterns in the final third.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Hand Bias changed: -14 => -12

TC_Halogen - 7.5/10
- offset is good
- 18.965: these patterns are fine, but consider the motion that the player is going to be making when executing the second half of this pattern compared to the intensity of the sound
- 29.482/30.057: these jumps feel quite out of place
- 40.689: somewhat uninteresting wind-up into the jumptrill, you could vary patterns here a lot since the instrument you’re following really doesn’t have a set tonality or anything
- 47.236: mistimed accent in the coloring (should be the 8th note after) -- although, all things considered, this accent is somewhat insignificant in the grand scheme of your structure given that the percussion gets more aggressive and they disappear anyway
- 1:15.172: nitpicking here, but i’m not a fan of this triple
- 1:21.149 to 1:30.115: I generally understand how the buildup is supposed to be functioning here, but it seems like a lot of the notes are so filtered out, that it’s pretty hard to actually hear where they’re really going up until the minitrill here
- the final section which introduces triples plays mostly alright, I do like the usage of those triples for the harder accents overall, but really do wish the jumps were a bit more focused on the harder bass kicks rather than other percussive elements
- I’m actually alright with this overall, not too shabby.

Wiosna - 7/10
24.597 - not too sure about having a 24th split roll here given that the rest of the patterns in the previous bar are split rolls, this feels more homogeneous than it should be
44.282 - might be better as a minijack connected to the [14] chord. the cymbal lacks a fair bit of emphasis as is and i don't think a visual emphasis is quite enough
46.115/46.666/47.035/47.585/48.160/etc. - the 192nds here feel very lacking in this section, mostly because it lacks a lot of physical tension. i don't know if creating minijacks (a la my suggestion at 44.282) would be a good idea, but i think it would solve the physical tension problem at least. as it is, it feels very empty and loose to play
52.873 - this is a really big difficulty spike given the rest of the chart, not to mention the 16ths here aren't really the most pronounced so i don't know if there's much justification for the dense js here
1:01.034 - can probably create a minijack connected to [13] because of the snare
2:00.919 - definitely feel as if something else can be done here, the bursts here are _accurate_, but it ends up playing as a jumptrill and i don't know if that really fits the buzz sounds
2:02.643/2:02.700 - ghost notes?
2:02.988 - not sure about having two consecutive patterns that are straining on the left hand (2:02.758 and 2:02.988) given that the rhythms are quite different
2:03.790 - really really straining on the left hand

Not too fond of the bursts in general, but they're ultimately fine because of how quiet the song is. The layering approach in this is pretty standard and I think it mostly works for this song. I'm personally not a fan of the 192nd use in one section particularly because it makes the section feel a lot lighter than it should be, but it's just one small section in comparison to the rest of the chart. There are some other tension problems in the chart and some difficulty spikes, but they're quite small and can be easily amended.
