-Your sync is off until 00:18.458, and then it doesn’t line up well at all at 00:20.108 during the mini-break. Between 00:20.858 (after the mini-break), and 00:38.556, there’s a level of correction on your end to fix the Initial BPM offset of -0.005ms as pointed out. Definitely suggest taking a re-visit at the BPM changes made in this section to remedy the offset happening here.
-[00:59.260] Not sure exactly in this section is giving the hands more attention compared to the jumps, but the file still works as-is, so I’m not paying too much attention to them.
-[02:34.654] Your sync for this [13] jump is a little off. Jump lands at roughly 02:34.646.
-[03:22.353] Oof. This is, pretty brutal for 2/3rds into the song.
-jfc that color usage in the solo.
-[04:10.505] That is a cursed exit to a jumptrill if I’ve ever seen one.
-Personally not a fan of mute notes at the end of the song, especially with them being quads.
-CQ for sync issues, not really CQable issues chart-wise.

i THINK i fixed the sync issues. All the major issues are fixed atleast.
fun story about this chart; The whole reason the chart exists is because i thought it would be really funny if "MAS TER PLAN" were all quads. I then realised this would create minijacks. instead of doing the same thing and nerfing the quads to remove the minijacks, i decided the make the chart brutal to make the minijacks less stupid in comparison. split trills, M.A.M.A patterns, minijacks, that intro bit. The chart feels unique for all its patterns.
The reason for the ending quads is because, as one might guess, it is "MAS TER PLAN" in reverse. That is why they are quads, at the end of the note instead of the beginning, and why they are cyan (the inversion of red).
