CLOUDLEY 6/10

42.310 not only is this pattern dense and abnormally difficult for this part of the chart and sound, the 4th should
be disconnected from the preceding 16th and jumps here as the sound is totally different
51.310 it's evident at this point you are now incorporating the melody in - missing note?
52.143 it's evident at this point you are now incorporating the melody in - missing note?
52.643 missing note?
54.310 not sure why this 4th here when the preceding one at 53.976 is not? They're the same sequence of 3 melody notes, even
55.310 ^
Lots more like this, clearly a deliberate decision but I find it really odd. It's not as if difficulty-wise they can't be there considering you've got jumpjacks tied to jacks with 32nds (e.g. 42.310, 62.976) which are undoubtedly the spike of the file difficulty-wise
71.310 ok you've started doing them now, sure
73.976 don't see why these should be omitted...
74.976 starting at this point you have these chains of 8ths that provide very questionable PR sense for the music. The percussion doesn't repeat like tha,
the melody is pretty dynamic and changes in pitch all the time - check out the sequence of 8ths on 1 column at 77.310.
You have 4 8ths going to snare - kick - 2 (same) piano notes. Piano notes here are ok, but right before that on the 2 column you have similar 2 piano notes of different pitches but all tied to the 2 column.
This was a pretty jarring moment to me in the chart.
106.143 180bpm jack in this file in such a slow moment?
127.476 ^
194.976 really not feeling this whole-ass hand here at the end when the song is dying down, considering you don't use them at all previously when the music is so much more intense
Also at this point, why are the 4ths anchored on 3 like that?

Next part has similar PR issues but far less noticeable and I'm more willing to forgive them because it's dense and a little harder to notice at 1x. Played fine otherwise.

In general this file was mostly internally consistent, which is why I was initially hesitant to give this a 6. (also the song is fucking great, that helps) But really on the whole with the rigidity of your structure it feels somewhat repetitive and the sacrifices that you make in exchange for adhering to that fixed structure throughout feel pretty jarring. There are lots of points to change the file up and make it feel a bit less repetitive, such as maybe accounting for the grace notes at 1.57.643 to make the whole thing feel a little more alive.

As it is this is a very long file but the patterns remain basically the same throughout and as a side result create weird mini structures like continuous 3-4 note anchors in the last major section which don't go seem to pair well with the music imo. It's a great song but the file really doesn't need to be this long.
At the end of the day I think I want to see too many things (from small PR fixes and shifting one or two arrows here and there, to larger pattern variety across the chart, to having a cut...) to be comfortable giving this a CQ, but please consider fixing up and resubmitting. Song's incredible, file just needs more polish.
