Artist is Toby Fox (song's not from Undertale), which we already have permission for (see permission lists http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/vbz/showthread.php?t=140821 also we have several of their songs in the game already)

A lower level file, the hardest part is most likely the weird burst at the end (~104.2), as well as the short kinda-jump-stream before it. Definitely not a very hard file though, probably 40s-60s at most.
