SPECIAL THANKS to hi19hi19 for syncing the file for me.
This song was a long time in the making. I thought about stepping this song since around 2007 or so, made a few failed attempts as well, but never fully realized it in its entirety until now. I hope you enjoy this fabulous song - and also a now-extinct OSTER project song that you can't openly find anymore, originated from her muzie days.

-[00:36.754] Crazy polyrhythm breakdown here, but no polyrhythm breakdown at 00:13.378 utilizing the piano?

-[00:38.285] Not sure how I feel about the 16th noticeably being dropped here due to uncomfortable transitioning into dense 24th js.

-[00:29.320 & 00:39.348] Really wish the 16ths between these hands were stepped.

-[01:41.852] Really hot 192nd here that isn’t taken advantage of. Could be a 192nd, or a 32nd, or a 24th. It was similarly taken advantage of a little later at 01:44.636.

-[01:48.887] Seems like a really obvious place to have a jump, considering it has about the same weight as major 4ths imo.

-[02:18.187] I see that removed 32nd but not removed BPM change. Personally, I liked it with the 32nd.

-Not the biggest fan of how the layering for the chart pans out, but plays particularly well. Even given its lengthy runtime of 4 and a half minutes. Also keeps the player’s attention pretty well with the varied BPM’s and patterning going into this.

[00:36.754]: Oh man, I didn't even notice that piano descending ornament. Added.

[00:38.285]: Actually turns out you're onto something I wasn't even aware of. I was stepping the bassline here, but it looks like the piano itself had a head start before the 24ths. Ok I now took both elements into account.

[00:29.320 & 00:39.348]: Not sure what you're referring to in either sections. I can hear some gradual 32nds heading into the next part at 29.44s but I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to. No idea for 00:39.348 at all.

[01:41.852]: Keeping it as is. I can see what you're referring to, but that particular sound is a bit of stretch; the sounds stepped at 1:44.636 is more obvious/concrete.
edit: Ok sure lol. Added.

[02:18.187]: Same idea as above; as a stepper I more often than not tend to lean towards concrete sounds and less frequently embellish modulated/legato/portamento/lengthy sounds.
edit: Ok sure lol. Added.

NOTE: Made noticeable changes at 241.10-242.94s. This section actually doesn't pan out the same way as the first time around. The elements at play here are: 1) A rather semi-continuous mainly 16th (but not at the beginning of this phrase) bg piano that has already been messing around towards the end of the song anyways, 2) the syncopated 16th synths which were presented the same as the first time around, and 3) main melody as 4th jumps. In addition, at 242.47s, the piano does a quick crashing descent represented as a quick 48th descending roll, and then the ascending 24ths resume until the hands.

"Not the biggest fan of how the layering for the chart pans out, but plays particularly well."
Thank you! Though I'm curious what you would have done differently besides the notes you've provided already. Would be happy to hear an elaboration on this.
