Welcome New World (bmah) [9.0/10]
> If it gets taken down, then it’s going to get taken down with 100+ other BMSofFighters-related songs. Permission check good.
> Sync is off by a small margin (Music Offset currently at -1.352, syncs at -1.358). Sync fix is not necessary for acceptance (due to spacing of frames for processing), but recommended. Notes for this judgment will be timed based on the -1.358 sync.

-[00:39.018] Really enjoy the level of pattern control happening here regarding the forced 8th minijack patterning stripped together with singles & jumps throughout this section.

-[00:51.352] Was expecting either jump on the 4th, with the 8th attached to the jump as a minijack, or the 8th being a jump. (See 00:08.685, 00:11.352, etc.)

-[01:41.352] Might be a little over the top layering-wise, given the trills at 01:09.352 layered to the same instrumental pattern.

-Gucci.

Sync changed.

[00:51.352]: the drum kicks are different actually (or perhaps emphasized differently).
