Fixed according to notes from bmah. All ** were fixed, some others, and general fixes outside of bmah's comments.

Note the substantial increase in notecount - the increase is due to extra layering in the first half for more of a chordjacky feel; this smooths out the difficulty curve A LOT and makes it a much better file overall imo. 2nd half is materially the same. I've also passed this on to bmah to see if he wants to make any input given that he originally judged this chart without the heavier layering in the 1st half, but in any case the file is much better now, so please use this version.
