-The chart has a very significant issue with layering (jump/hand/quad use) consistency throughout. Even in the first 5-ish seconds, these are all the same instrument in varying pitch but there's no clear reason as to why there's such different layering on each note
-There is a very heavy right-hand bias to all the patterns in the chart, leading to a significant unbalanced feel. There are a lot of instances of patterns that are extremely uncomfortable or unreasonable to play, even for the intended D8-ish audience. A simple example is at 15.863 - this patterning requires a rather unreasonable level of one hand control
-Jack use is all over the place. It's unclear what they're following when they're placed
-There appears to be numerous rhythm errors throughout the chart
It's a good effort for a first submission. I would recommend you try making something easier in overall difficulty, focusing especially on layering consistency and playtesting your work to smooth out patterning choices that may not work quite as well.
