OT committee opinion on this one seems to be pretty split
-The 24th trills are spiky
-A lot of the chart is just jumpstream, a bit too straightforward for OT
-There is still some pattern variety outside of the jumpstream sections
-We usually get a decent number of other choices in this range
Will keep this in mind if we still need something in this range later on
