I wanted to try something short and relatively simple for my first submission.

00:01.769: (subjective) jumptrill works *okay* but can't capture pitch changes. Suggest reducing to jumps only on 8ths to allow for some pitch variation given how prominent the synth is here
00:03.055, 00:03.376: (subjective) I would add the drum note here and reduce the quad to a hand - bit more interesting and feels consistent with 00:02.840
00:09.912 - 00:12.055: these notes could be synced better even if you just use the closest 192nds - use the waveform!
00:13.019: why is this a jump? Same as previous sound at 00:12.912
00:13.340, 00:13.555: probably not worth keeping these ghost notes

**00:13.769 - 00:34.340: This entire section has wildly inconsistent jump/hand use (layering). It's unclear why any particular jump or hand is placed.
-Having the first section up to 00:20.626 with no layering works pretty well. You will want to remove the jump at 00:17.197 and make sure the stream direction actually reverses there too for better flow (reversing the PR is a good choice but late as is)
-Jump use consistency really falls off after 00:20.626. Both hands and jumps are placed almost entirely randomly. You may need to rework this section from scratch. Recommend placing your intended jumps/hands first before placing the other patterns. Or make a dummy chart on another difficulty that only follows what you're layering (assuming drums) and use that as a guide.

00:34.340 - 00:36.483: music only plays 8ths here
00:36.697: probably don't want this as a jump - no drum sounds here
00:37.555 - pitch is noticeably different from 00:37.340 - may want to change one
00:42.983: Instrument with the roll doesn't start until the 8th
00:43.126: Roll is an okay choice - but this direction feels wrong with the music. Intro roll works better; you don't really need to worry about pattern variety in such a short chart

This is much better than my first chart. It needs a bit more attention to detail than this. The layering issue is a major concern, and the little details add up too for such a short chart. This was a good choice and a good effort for a first chart.
