Permission proof must have a stable URL. Discord tends to shuffle links to prevent external hosting. Also the links provided only ask for osu permission, not FFR.

As for the chart itself there are several errors
-.sm file expects an .ogg file instead of .mp3. To fix in ArrowVortex, open the .sm from the folder. Go to File > Properties and click the magnifying glass on the "Music" line.
-Artist lists the song name in ALL CAPS but the submission uses all lower case.
-Chord size consistency is almost non-existant. There's not much logic to why any quad is placed (some on notably weak sounds), or how you've chosen to follow which sounds with jumps/hands
-Difficulty balance is very erratic. The intro is an uncalled for high tension moment, and the glut pattern at 01:51.056 is such a huge difficulty spike.
-There are some notable errors in following the music itself. The chord size issue ties in to this, but also specifics like the wrong rhythm at 01:42.056 - 01:46.556, which is clearly 12ths but charted as 16ths

Will leave it open for now if you want to try some fixes, but this current version will be rejected.
