I'm going to approve this to the courtroom batch. I like this one, but other members of the OT committee are pretty indifferent on this one for a few reasons that mostly boil down to song choice and the difficulty spike of the jumpstream sections.

If the Jumpstream is too difficult, i'm willing to remove at least the 8th jumps in them if that makes any difference.

Regarding your comment on the jumpstream, I’ll leave it up to you whether you want to nerf it or not.

Something about this file just seems really nice to me. It hits a certain je ne sais quoi that just feels cozy to me to play. That’s not to say it doesn’t need some touch ups. But I still think this chart is a rather enjoyable experience.

Got rid of some 8th jumps that didn't really need to warrant one and to stay consistent with other 8ths.

Rest of the notes not written were applied. Don't be me and end up fixing an old version.
