-This submission is in kind of an awkward spot considering how v1 is unlocked in FFR (place top 16 in an OT group)
-Considering the purpose of this batch, having a v2 of a tournament reward being used as a round file is a little weird
-Charts (v1 and this one) do play differently, but the differences are subtle and the charts are very close in difficulty
-v2 submissions are automaticaly lower priority in OT chart selection
-OT Committee doesn't really feel comfortable using this for the OT, possibly resub this to another batch.
