Was aiming for level 65~, this is a 66 at most if you look at the hard parts in isolation, but I think mid-60's is about accurate.

00:12.312=First of all. Very conflicted on structure of how snares are being handled here. Since they very specifically are highlighted (usually as [23] or [14]) once per measure when they consistently happen almost every other beat.
00:13.062=These types of once per measure or flair jumps should probably be either dialed back to singles or all pushed into jumps. which imo is going to really throw the difficulty of the file for a loop.
00:16.062=Another example of the above note where the snare is included.
00:16.812=Another example of the above note where the snare is definitely there like the previous note but is not included.
00:24.063=Throughout this section. most of the structural confusion with the previous notes regarding snare jumps have resolved and the previous section should follow the same structure imo
00:27.437=By about here in the file upon first playthrough it is immediately noticable that the density of [14] in the file when it calls for a jump is vastly higher than any other combination of jump within this file.
00:28.437=00:28.437
00:32.936=This isn't like 00:28.437 where both melody and drums happen to sync up with one another. Leads to a little bit of melodical confusion against the structure which is still sound.
00:45.435=Needs a lot more variation other than [14]
01:05.558=Unsure why this got the [34] jump treatment when it is such an extremely quiet cutaway to put emphasis on the next set of notes in the melody. Had to do a double-take.
01:09.308=This is why I bring up the conflict in structure from 00:12.312. Because this is an otherwise missing note but it is stepped as a jump for structural reasons two beats down and elsewhere is left as a single.
01:27.058=Following purely 4th rhythm that you've layed out previously. it breaks convention right here at the measure change. Initially it was 3 jumps then single. but you end up omitting a single and then split the 2nd jump of the pattern with a single and alternate.
01:29.683=4th structure recouperates here. but then is ended early as the measure segways into the next verse/section of music out of the solo.

A lot of the rest of the file after the solo 2/3rds into the file falls short due to the same similar issues outlined with structure involving [23] jumps specifically akin to those outlined at 00:13.062 or 01:09.308.

This song is kind of a two-fold issue with the first one involving the file needing a general fix-up in which jumps are used throughout, since there is a heavy bias on [14][23]. So much so, it leaves the [13][24] and [34][12] sections within the song a very welcome change to patterning.

The second problem is the inconsistent snare layering. Sometimes it's used for flair, sometimes it's left as single, and sometimes it is omitted for sake of the solo section. And while I can overlook some of the notes getting omitted for the sake of the solo, it can't be overlooked that whether it is decided that it should go the route of including all of them or none of them, The section of 00:24.063 - 00:48.058 omits them in their entirety which stands out from the rest of the file in structuring, whether correct or incorrect.

As a result of possible structural overhaul, this is light reject for me given that while it could be fixed quickly or easily, the changes needed could throw a wrench into the targeted difficulty.

LABELS below in-case you have the new version of ArrowVortex and wanna super-impose them into the file for quick reference.
