First things first, recommend reducing audio because it doesn't exactly scream "FFR Quality" when it peaks like this:
It's so boosted, that it's not fixable even with Audacity, so I recommend picking up a different version of the MP3 that isn't peaking this hard.
Chart-wise, this is primarily fine, short, sweet, subtly repetitive but short enough to be fine I guess. But there isn't any meme-ish reason or underlying reason for it to be as boosted as it is, and should require changing.
