Not yet approved for judgment--in addition to the estimator, a DC pegged this around 103 in its current state, when the target is 101.

Before approval, please go through and apply some nerfs. Some areas that I was concerned about / which I may suggest targetting with your nerfs are:
- Some of the 3-note jacks are pretty dubious, I struggle to hear them even in editor.
- Some 32nd patterns are too much for the sound. The first one in the sequence around 0:27, for instance, seems overkill as a 32nd 1234[123]--there's no reason to force an OHT at that speed there really.
- In general the jacks could be made slightly less consistent/aggressive. Some things this could look like are:
--> Checking for areas of hand bias/column bias and balancing things out a bit.
--> In more extended jumpgluts, add a 1-jump gap or two in the minijacks, e.g. [13][23][14][34]. This keeps your layering intact but makes them friendlier and less draining to play. The beginning of ephemera is a good reference for what I mean by this, though you necessarily have to lean as much into this principle as hi19 does there.

Pile of nerfs. Reduced lots of 32nds by either reducing to 24ths or removing a note from the burst. Gluts have some slightly better patterns. Could maaayyyyybe nerf further but this should work.

Time Ache Finale (Tru) [7/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC OK

9.450: Why jump here?

10.899: This should be a jump and not 10.814.

11.837: Jump? Kick.

16.950: Changing this to 34(12) would remove the unnecessary left hand bias here. Would have to invert 17.337 and 17.419 for PR too.

19.081: Jump.

21.382: Jump.

24.195: Why is this a jump but not 25.558?

27.348: This should be a single and 27.433 the jump.

29.138: Jump?

42.263: Why jump? It's a bit confusing so far what gets to be a jump or not. The kicks seem to be the dominant layering, along with the melody that hits on top of other drums, but there are inconsistencies to check out.

1:32.803: What are the 24ths for here? The 4th and 8th should just be hands for the loud snares and probably have 16ths for the bass. Compare to 1:29.394 for example.

1:37.746: PR, (13) would be better.

1:43.541: From here, four 8ths in a row are (24). Fix PR in this section.

1:55.303: Could break this 4 anchor at 1:55.985 by moving to (13).

2:15.587: Why hand?

2:42.973: 16th, not 24th.

Chart is ok. There's nothing egregious in terms of spikiness and the 24ths and 32nds generally feel alright in terms of consistency. The jumps/hands layering is a bit all over the place and would really benefit a thorough double check, but other than that it's good enough.

oh no I forgot to post here, this is approved for the low-100s bounty

Time Ache Finale
----------------
- Permission, sync, metadata good.

- 0.303: This is a wild way to cold-open on the right hand lol. While it's not egregious difficulty-wise within the chart, I can see people mindblocking this into oblivion Paradoxical Time Leap-style.
- 1.951: Is this really a different enough sound from 2.974 to justify using 48ths instead of 32nds?
- 10.815: Jump should be on the 16th at 10.900 instead. The buzz here does start a little stronger, but I feel you are already accenting that with patterning (the minijack going into it).
* 13.542: Remove from jack, this patterning is hard and the percussion is different from the subsequent two notes.
- 15.246: Suggest 24ths to distinguish from the technically accurate 32nds just before.
- 27.562: Suggest reversing left hand to distinguish from previous 32nd sound.
- 29.991: Why not 32nds?
- 32.974: Could also reverse left hand here to distinguish 16th from preceding anchor. Tougher pattern but well within difficulty bounds.
- 34.508: Should be hand, kick+vocal here.
- 39.621: Watch column 4 here.
- 42.263: Why jump?
- 42.945: Misplaced jack, the mini should be leading into the 4th and not coming out of the 8th.
- 48.996: Misplaced jack, should start on the 8th.
- 53.428: Good patterning, accents the sound well here.
- 54.451: This was a 32nd triplet at 48.996, and I'd recommend using a minijack starting on the 8th instead here too.
- 60.246: Oof this is kinda rough on the right hand. Maybe something like this to ease it up? https://i.imgur.com/AZSdxIq.png
- 69.536, 69.877: These could potentially be column 2 minijacks.
- 76.184: Missing burst.
- 76.610: The burst should start here, and probably should not contain any minijacks (don't want to obscure the meaning too much after this glut).
- 84.621: Subtly incorrect rhythm, this handjack is 5/64ths. (128.258 is as well.)
* 85.815-86.326: owww. Strongly recommend sacrificing layering a little bit to make 86.070 [12] instead of [124].
- 92.548: Missing jump.
* 98.258: Also ow. Recommend a pattern like this (from 97.197): https://imgur.com/mA7CpJW
- 108.826: Should be [123] to match 108.485 (minijack included).

- As a general note: This file has a lot of minijacks. Some of them are technically correct, others are forced or used for emphasis control in bursts. Both reasons are 100% valid, but note that when those different types of minijacks occur back-to-back, it makes the ones in the latter category feel much weaker/more arbitrary. Some examples:
--> 11.241 feels weak compared to 11.411.
--> Minijacks are used for 4 different reasons I could count from 12.093-12.519. While all uses are valid in isolation, it becomes jumbled from a player's view. I would recommend focusing in on the most prominent sound; from 12.263, my personal choice would be [34][12][12]3 (and probably move the following burst off the left hand to compensate for the extra bias).
--> 21.274 similarly has a lot going on and could benefit from more focus.

Long review, but it be that way sometimes with hard, consistent, technical Flashbulb charts. Overall the file is well done and playability is mostly good, with a couple exceptions at the *'d notes. The 24th and 32nd burst section around 1/3 in is particularly well done. Looking forward to seeing this after some polishing. [7/10]

Thanks for notes! Addressed everything except:

Op/9.450 - kick
Pizza/13.542 - while the jack (really the anchor starting 12.690) is intended to accent the synth here, it's also a tad nonsense, changed to 121
Op/19.081 - weaker kick here (maybe a tom?). Added jump on .252 instead
Op/21.382 - doesn't seem warranted
Op/24.195 - reduced 24.195 rather than make 25.558 a jump
Op/29.138 - I'm not this mean, at least not in this section of the chart
Op/92.803 - It's the same instrument as a lot of other similar bursts in this section follow just a bit quieter
Op/97.746 - did [24] because I'm a rebel.
Op/135.587 - Kind of subjective with how this instrument is playing, but I think it's a decent reflection of the sound. And feels consistent with the rest of this sound's use in this section. And keeps the intensity up in the lead up to the big jumptrill
