Albeit this being a flat 70, if difficulty needs to be higher, it can be arranged. I have some ideas.

the Difficulty Estimator says 70 but FFR says 68 so here's some buffs in some non-intrusive sections.

Hard to evaluate this one. Essentially all the difficulty comes after ~1:31.622. That's a long time to be waiting in a OT score grind setting.
If you want this considered for OT I'd suggest a cut so the chart starts ~1:09.844
(subjective) I'd also cut the ending to end ~2:54.938 just because it's pretty tedious to get through the current ending.
That's still a ~1:44 long chart so should be good.
idk what sort of resubmission policy we wanted to have with this batch so I'll say you can resubmit this one with a cut or other changes to smooth the difficulty curve at least
