OT committee would not like to use this song due to it's content. We'd rather an OT song didn't use some of the not nice language this has - especially in the second and third breaks (58.845 and 2:00.560).
The song can still be used in the game (so it can be submitted to another batch), just not suitable for OT purposes.
Chart itself would also need some refinement even if the song was usable.
-The long periods of nothing are justified musically but hinder the OT viability of the chart
-The bulk of real judge notes if this was approved would likely be in the last section (~2:05.131 to the end) - there's a great deal to address from a playability angle. A notable example would be the right hand at 2:30.702 - that's a lot of control to expect at this speed.
