Lights won't stop gloating about their superior accept rate over other stepauthors and therefore I am in favor of Tru taking Light's lunch money.

Cerebellum (The Ghost Of 3.13 remix) (Lights) [7.5/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
54.558: Would highly suggest changing to 34(12) here and on the other similar iterations. It's quite left hand heavy right now with little musical justification.
1:02.613: 32nd here, not 12th.
1:31.724: Would suggest (13)(14)(23)3 here.
1:32.391: No jump.
1:41.558: Jump is maybe unnecessary, just a 2 is fine.
1:55.558: Integrating the slowdown from here would be really cool. Not trivial to add but maybe can be done if you wanna. You'd have to add 1:54.766 too. However it does feel sliiightly odd that you chart the minijack at 1:54.891 because that goes to the sound I'm suggesting to layer.
2:01.474: Just a single here. See 1:58.808 or 2:00.141 for example.
2:06.974: Inconsistent with 2:01.641 (triplet 16ths glut with no jumpjack). Same for 2:06.974.
2:11.391: Given that the left hand has the most going on in a row, moving this to (234) would alleviate.
2:13.141: This and the next 16th should probably just be on (34) too for PR (and move 2:13.391 to (12)).
2:17.724: No jump.
2:28.599: Could afford a 32nd. Same for 2:33.933 and the next iterations.
2:34.808: Move to col 1, not same PR as the previous quad minijack.
2:40.224: This 8th should probably be a hand and the quad before it too, because the loud piano chord hits on the 8th in this iteration so it makes no sense to have it be identical to the other ones. Something like (134)3(124)3(12)...
2:45.391: Following the logic for 2:40.224, this should be a hand.
Note: The cut could use a bit of work although this one isn't a dealbreaker. A smoother and longer fade out would allow toning down the layering gradually and end on simple singles instead of this pretty abrupt quad (hand). The full song seems to allow such a gradual cut over these measures too.
This chart is quite nice and doesn't have major issues. Really fun motifs here and there especially in the first half. Layering and consistency on the jumps gets a little bit muddy at times and some patterning could really use slight changes to greatly increase the flow.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

Cerebellum (The Ghost Of 3.13 Remix) (Lights) [6.5/10]
- Perms are good
- *Sync is mostly good. Offset should be -0.052 (It is -0.058 upon submission)
- **Metadata is bad. No artist is filled in the metadata. Add the original artist to the metadata.
2.058 & 7.391 - Not a minijack
*3.931 & 4.391 Bursts - Same patterns although the 2nd one is a lot more muddy than the first one, shouldn't be the same representation technically
5.141 - Not a minijack
10.641 - Subjective - PR, should be 4
**12.724-12.946 - This part is too vague to make sense with the song. The samples are rather tame there which makes it musically unjustified. Should be simple 8ths instead. This happens several times throughout the file, double check these
**18.058-18.280 - ^
*20.588 - Mistimed? Compare 15.058
22.558 - Subtle, should be a single
23.391 - See 2.058 & 7.391
**23.558-23.724 - Not 48ths. These are 32nd if you only look at the pan left side. The right side is just pan left but delayed to the right. It also creates an unreasonable transition to the jack.
24.724 - See 3.931 & 4.391
^ So for any notes that that you see "See <timestamp note>", you can generally guess that it's consistent throughout the file's approach. Further notes similar to these will be minimal, but still relevant.
31.183 - Too subtle to make sense on normal rate
39.391-39.613 - See 12.724-12.946
*41.641-41.724 - Careful with these type of gluts. They are generally very janky to execute because of alternating fingers between one hand to another
41.891-41.988 - Huh? You didn't step this before. Compare note 20.588 and then 15.058
43.224 - Not a minijack
43.558-43.946 - The 16th is too subtle to hear on normal rate. Also see 12.724-12.946
44.308 - Subjective, but that minijack is a bit rude probably
44.724-45.224 - Spicy
46.058-47.058 - Even more spicy jfc
47.974 - See 44.308
51.724-51.974 - Questionably trippy, you didn't do this a section prior
*52.551 - Ehhhhhhhhhhhh. Honestly, I find this to be pushy due to the huge burst fest prior to this, would suggest to change that to only a single note
53.391-53.946 - These ones make a little bit more sense since the wubs are also present. Could probably leave those as is
*1:07.391 - Bit of an awkward transition from this jack to the rolly 32nds. Change the longer ones to col 4 maybe?
1:26.724-1:26.974 - You could do mini jumpjacks here tbh
1:32.391 - PR, minijack should be on column 1
*1:33.058-1:33.391 - This is kinda weird PR wise, I would suggest to do something like this instead https://i.imgur.com/NUawBBI.png
1:36.391-1:36.724 - Inconsistent? Compare 1:28.391-1:28.724 / 1:33.391-1:34.058
**1:42.724-1:43.058 - Inconsistent. Compare segments prior to this
*1:48.891-1:50.224 - Why is this constantly ascending rolly patterns?
1:52.224, 1:52.724, 1:53.558, 1:55.224, 1:55.891, 1:56.224 - Missing jump
^ First segment (1:46.724-1:52.058) is either inconsistent with the jumps motif, or it's the segments after that
*1:54.974 - Why is this a minijack? Unjustified
1:59.224 - Missing 24th bursts
2:28.558, 2:33.891, etc - Flam?
2:40.058 - Slighly less strong as the kicks in the prior sections, could argue this is a hand instead
Ending - Cut could be improved a bit, it kinda ends very sudden.
You know what? I can actually fuck with this. The approach feels pretty clever and mesmerizing with the song. I don't really like the jacks since they're a bit more pushing it for this difficulty, but they're not enough problematic imo.
That said, there is blurriness with some of the patterns representing the song that aren't justifying it, and a few more inconsistencies with the structure. If you allow yourself to clean/polish this up a little bit more, this could be a great fit for FFR.
In an event this file goes above the rejected rating, FR for **, and CR for *.

I'm willing to consider this good to go? I've addressed most of the notes to the best of my ability and went through and tried to fix some of the more glaring consistency issues with other parts of the file based on those notes. The cut should also be improved (thx eppu, u a real 1)

Overall looking good. One more note before releasing this off of Fixes Required.
**53.385-53.927 - Only instance where the 20ths remain (all the other segments don't do this - despite my note saying this could be left as is, it's no longer relevant here)

I haven't heard a word from 3.13, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say its probably not happening.
