I have two main issues with this file that prevent me from approving this. Firstly, the section with the 16th gluts is a fair bit harder than the rest of the file, and I feel that scores in tournament would largely come down to ability to hit those; second, in the 16th jumpstream section in the second half, the song alternates between two very distinct flavours of sound, but the chart follows it all as a descending-rolly jumpstream, which feels quite homogeneous. I recommend making the second half of the file snappier and resubmitting to the main batch.
