This is a bit harder than we're looking for the mid 20s bounty, and I also have concerns about inconsistency with jump usage and PR. This would need quite substantial changes to make it into a bounty slot; I imagine you'd have better luck looking through to patch up some inconsistencies and submitting to the regular OT17 batch.
