Mid-high 80s hopefully.

Syncie fix.

AVG NPS changed: 13.46165 => 13.47137

AVG NPS changed: 13.47137 => 13.52336
Hand Bias changed: -43 => -46

This is a little above the target for the upper 80s bounty, but some patterns are also a touch spiky and the file received good viability ratings. You may update this with some nerfs to spikier patterns to fit it more neatly into the upper 80s, or if you'd prefer that it be judged as-is, you may instead resubmit to the main OT17 batch.

I am very thrilled to hear this got good ratings. Please let me know if these nerfs are enough or if anywhere else needs a possible nerf. I did a bunch of clean up too. I'm trying my damndest with these.

Approved for low 90s bounty, cleared for judging.

- Perms, metadata, sync are good

- *Permission source is incorrect. You linked to the OT Bounty spreadsheet instead of an appropriate permission source. I had to dig the permission spreadsheet to verify the permission. Use it to link permission sources next time.

1.395-7.635 - Some of the notes are off-sync, look at them closely on the waveform / try to follow through them on downrates to hear where do they land better. Also PR plays kinda weird here.

I don't have much extensive notes to give to this one. Generally the chart plays very randomly. Jump usage feels often arbitrary and doesn't have an established motif, many 32nds are ignored during the song (you can hear those while downrating to somewhere at 60%-70% - unless this was ignored specifically for difficulty purposes?), some weird accidental(?) 32nd minijacks throughout (e.g. 50.415), etc. Also it has a super weird cut at the ending, why could it not be charted fully? I went to check and the song is only 2:45 minutes long. The jack motif near the ending is interesting though, but doesn't consistently sync with the song (switches columns seemingly random at a few points).

This needs some more consistency work before I could consider it accepted. I recommend giving the jumps a more established structure/layering to sounds that really demand it (kick / crash but not necessarily the snares, etc).

Note that in this bounty batch, as the judging happens live, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

PERMS OK
SYNC OK

1:395-7.875: The vocals' sync here is quite off and noticeable on 1.0 speed.

5.535: Ghost note.

7.635: Missing note ("ta" of "yokatta").

9.875: This is late by roughly a 48th.

11.235: Why no jump? Vocals + kick. See 13.155 for example.

12.195: No jump? Snare + kick.

15.425: No jump?

18.255 & 18.375: No 32nds here. Arguable if abstracted.

22.035: Why jump?

24.255: Should be a 12th.

28.634: If this is a single, why is 26.715 for example a jump?

30.195: Underwhelming. Same for 37.875.

39.435: Why jump?

50.415: Why minijack suddenly?

54.375: Not sure what that jump goes to.

Stopping here as the rest of the chart suffers from similar layering, consistency and technical errors.

This chart does a decent job at balancing the difficulty throughout the song and provides a neat stamina aspect for its level. However the technical errors are a fair bit overwhelming and it's really tough to get any sense of consistent and coherent motif with the way the 16ths and 32nds are charted. This would need a decent amount of work to be acceptable unfortunately. Sidenote: the ending seems strangely abrupt in terms of fade out? Maybe check that too.
