9 (Tru) [7/10] -FR-
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
16.094: Probably a jump according to the layering; hands seem to only go on the one instrument that is followed, not crashes too.
16.871 & 17.205 & 18.871 & 19.205 & 20.871 & 21.205 & 24.871 & 25.205 & etc: Why are all of these notes omitted? They follow the same drum notes as the rest. It's understandable for notes like 17.538 in between the hands for motif reasons and difficulty curve maybe, but the ones listed aren't intuitive at all.
33.038: No slide here, the note is on 33.094.
34.649: PR with 34.427 would indicate this should also be a (23) and the following jump not a (23), because there's no guitar on 34.649.
40.982: PR, not the same note as 40.649.
42.760 & 43.094 & 43.760: Missing notes, other drum notes are charted like 40.316 & 43.538 for example.
1:04.649: Just an idea, but could be nice here to shift the one handed stuff to the right and use (124)s from here.
1:13.871 & 1:13.982: Slightly odd to have some cymbal notes like these be charted, but not all the rest.
1:22.649: Ghost note.
1:24.649: Ghost note.
1:28.982: Hand, crash.
1:33.427: Why hands here? It's the same instruments as 1:33.094 with similar intensity. No crash like on 1:32.094.
Pretty straightforward chart. Could be good for early rounds. Quite a couple of unintuitive and/or wrong layering and consistency issues, but they're relatively easy fixes for the most part and don't require big changes to the structure of the chart. FR on a good cleanup though because some things are noticeably incorrect.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

9 (Tru) [7/10] [Fixes Required]
- Perms, metadata, sync are good
- Why is the .sm file name called No (German)?
0:16.094-0:29.427 - I'm noticing quite a few missing notes in these sections, while the structure is consistent, suggest double checking
0:16.982, 0:24.982, 0:28.982 - Variation? Compare all the other drum segments, each note is placed on a different column (e.g. 0:18,982 & 0:19.316 / 0:20.982 & 0:21.316 etc)
0:46.871 - Missing note
**0:51.094 - Why hand here?
0:56.316, 0:56.427 - Ghost notes?
0:56.649 - Missing note
0:56.962 - To the snare?
0:58.427 - Ghost note
1:00.316 - Ghost note, but can stay to avoid large empty gap
1:06.316, 1:06.538 - Why notes here specifically? You don't do them afterwards
1:22.649, 1:24.649 - Ghost note
1:26.538 - Arguably ghost?
1:29.649 & next jump - Graces here too
1:32.649 - Ghost note
1:33.427 - Why hand here?
1:33.649 - Sounds like a grace happens there
Pretty cool chart, although some places need minor cleaning. Change appropriate notes and it's good to go. FR on **, since this hand seems to noticably stand out as an error in the chart.

Gotta say, these are some solid judge notes. Much appreciated. This version should work better - it's still maybe a little weird in one section but plays decently enough.

I must've overwritten the original file when downloading the entire batch again, so I can't compare any changes made beyond my FR note, but overall looks good to me I think? Waiting for Oppie's verdict.
Also nice 999
