25.373 & 25.950 & 26.527: These don't work. The first one is arguably fine given that the kick could justify the difficult transition, but even then (14) into 48ths going the other way is just mean. The second and third (14)'s dont have a kick and are even less justified.
32.585-32.681: These 48ths don't really make sense.
33.835: Doesn't contrast too well with (34)4(34) on the right hand coming out of minijacks. The wub here doesn't quit justify continuing jacks.
40.373-40.758: Super aggressive patterning.
48.450-49.769: Bit odd abstractions here.
50.758: Awkward transition due to the (14) and doesn't feel much justified.
1:09.796: should be a 32nds triplet from the 16th, not 24ths.
1:23.931: Missing note. More than just a hihat here.
1:32.681: What are these last two minijacks going to?
1:47.425 & 1:47.809 & etc: This section could use those 12ths for the wubs, instead of just the 8ths going moreso to the hihats.
1:56.720: Missing note.
2:02.008: Triplet jack would be warranted here, but fine as is.
2:04.508: Why no jump if 2:02.825 is, for example?
2:04.700: Missing note. Arguable.
2:05.566: This is preeetty spiky.
Overall there are some neat abstractions in this chart, but the general execution is a bit lacking, especially for tournament quality. The difficulty feels arbitrarily increased by the rough pattern choices (lots of (14) transitions into the faster bursts for example) and the flow is affected a fair bit due to it too. Moreover while some wubs are cool, the consistency is not the greatest (maybe on purpose) so it's hard to follow why some abstractions are different than others. Could be sweet for a regular release with a fair amount of tweaks.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

Gonna preempt a second judge and just move this to reject. It'll definitely need a fair bit of work before I'm comfortable with it. I'll likely end up resubmitting it to a future batch.
Thanks for the notes Op!
