20.506-21.017: Weird PR. Better as 13 1.

21.870-1:05.506: This entire section's layering of the 16ths feels nearly arbitrary. There are many 16ths in the song that are pretty much as clear as those that are layered, if not more, yet they're omitted for no clear reason.

1:26.728: This 16th is much too subtle, especially relative to 1:26.898 and considering the first half of the song omitted clearer 16ths.

2:00.052-2:10.961: This section introduces a new element with the kind of flams thingies (can hear it at 2:00.563 & 2:01.586 for example), but the layering and difficulty dont quite allow for much to represent this change.

Overall this chart is confusing. While it has decent consistency in the way some of the 16ths are repeated, they're just not coherent and feel quite arbitrary. There isn't too much variety either to make it interesting, so it might be that those charting decisions were made to alleviate that lack of variety but unfortunately it sacrifices too much coherence. PR isn't too clear either during the slower sections. "Undercharting" doesn't quite reflect this.

- 0:10.961 PR here is a bit strange. You start a new phrase on 4, before going to 3 for a higher note? Afterwards you drop to 1 before dropping again to 2 for a clearly lower pitch than 1.

** 0:25.023 The 16ths in this section are INCREDIBLY inconstant. For example you chart the 16ths at 0:28.858, but dont at 0:22.040 or 0:23.404. You chart 0:26.831, but not 0:24.171 or 0:28.262. It feels random when 16ths are actually used with no real consistency. and this goes on for a whole 45 seconds of the chart.

** 1:29.284, 1:30.648, 1:32.012, ect. This note is consistently left out of the chart, despite being part of the main line of percussion you're following. The crazy part is, you even start charting it at 2:02.012.

- 2:04.398, 2:09.853 There are some more random 16ths which dont seem to go to anything you've been following. Instead there are some very soft sounds, which get ignored throughout the section, except a few random times you chart it.

This honestly isn't that bad of a file, but the Consistency issue are just too numerous over to large of an area to accept as is.
