16.899, 18.254, 18.448, 19.028, 23.093, 24.448, 24.641, 25.222 - feels missing. Ultimately I’m not entirely sure what you’re following in this section. Adding these notes would make it seem more consistent to me unless I’m missing something here.
56.480, 59.577, 1:03.835 / .932, 1:11.899 - (subjective) Feels like a note should be here
1:29.577 - 1:39.254 - check hand use in this section - Not entirely clear what some of these hands are for eg. why 1:32.674 is a hand but 1:33.448 is not
1:57.545 - 1:58.512 - 3 anchor is a bit long / doesn’t really go to anything
2:05.480 - may as well have a note here
3:02.383 - missing
File’s pretty neat. Slight concern with the overall difficulty curve but not too egregious. Just needs a bit of touch-up work.

1:21.641-1:22.609: Should be all 24ths here.
1:27.061: Here the 32nds become 24ths.
1:28.706: Why a 16th here and not 24ths?
2:25.899: Missing note. Arguable, but it does feel odd without it.
This chart is pretty solid in terms of consistency and coherence. That being said, there are some structural concerns and layering decisions that do impact the flow of the chart quite a bit:
1. Due to the hands layering of the louder wub kicks, there are quite a lot of resulting minitrills that dont flow too well.
2. There are places where the difficulty comes primarily from relatively subtle hihats.
For example:
1:21.641-1:22.609: After the 24ths fix, there's no clear distinction between the loud 24ths synths up to 1:22.222 and the hihats that start there. It makes for an odd contrast.
2:31.512: These 32nds are justified out of context, but they do feel really difficult for just hihats, Especially with the jumps mixed in. There's enough going on with the synth to probably make something with 16ths minijacks (similarly to the following section at 2:34.609) and maybe add in some of the 32nds. Just an idea.

Oppie:
1:21.641-1:22.609 - It is charted like that to isolate the 24th ticks that come after it. Instead, it's representing the echo, so it is slightly abstracted.
1:27.061 - Changed
2:25.899 - Added
1. Due to the hands layering of the louder wub kicks, there are quite a lot of resulting minitrills that the flow too well.
- Flow too well? Do you mean not too well?
2:31.512 - This is actually what was initially done. However, I felt like it made those sections too empty, because the hi-hats are relatively noticable there. And with the 24ths added in later it flows ever weirder if most of the 32nds are ignored.
Tru:
1:29.577-1:39.254 - Good catch
1:57.545-1:58.512 - Fixed
2:05.480 - Intentionally ignored to separate attention to the break
3:02.383 - Bit subtle to hear on normal speed, but added anyway.

Should be fine unless the judges have more to say.
