Ending is an obvious spike; maybe nerf the jumpjacks to single jacks? Or perhaps some other nerf method can be suggested. 4Lung - is in the "FlashFlashRevolution v9 Permissions Spreadsheet"

Target Oracle Grinder Apparatus (ositzxz369) [6.5/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC OK

7.969 & 10.257 & 11.569 & 13.407 & etc: Bit odd decision to omit those? They are pretty loud and clear.

22.403-22.553: 24ths.

23.153 & 23.603 & 24.053: Could afford singles there as there's clearly more stuff going on but full pauses don't quite fit.

27.953 & 28.028 & 28.328: Missing 16ths to the drums.

28.591: Very subtle and unclear.

29.003-38.603: Same errors in this iteration.

40.553: Could do 4321(34) here in 32nds (underlayer the hand).

1:01.407-1:20.607: This is indeed much too spiky. There is simply too much that is layered, it's not a matter of underlayering the jumps. Remove the melody from it and keep the aggressive and varied bass and drums; it offers more than enough to not make the omitted melody feel too empty and would honestly probably remain the hardest part of the song.

Fun rhythms throughout, although some 16ths can be a bit unclear in the second half. The last 20 seconds makes no sense relative to the rest of the chart though and needs a decent nerf and more clarity. The notes for the first half would also help balance the rest. For such a short chart to have that big of a section to redo is a bit outside of a simple FR range.

Target Oracle Grinder Apparatus (ositzxz369) [5.5/10]

- Perms, metadata, sync are good

22.403-22.553, 32.003-32.153 - Not completely 16ths here, something close to 20ths, double check

25.328, 34.928 - Early 96th here

1:03.445, 1:08.232 - Not a mini jumpjack

This chart is honestly pretty confusing with the identity its trying to convey. On the first half, you have the song charted underwhelmingly to process good playbility, then on the second half you have the song overwhemingly stepped to make it hard hitting and spike the intensity of the song to the max. Both of those ideas can work, but not together. Especially in an overly cramped file like this.

Speaking of that, after some quick checking, the full song also appears to be 2:37 minutes long with the same structure spread out across all of its length. So you already cut the file a full minute short for seemingly no real gain other than to chart it quickly. You can *absolutely* execute your charting approach, be it easy or difficult (again, not together like done with this submission) to the entirety of the song, even if it may seem a bit more repetitive after the initial cutting point.

Because of the points above, this file needs to be highly reconsidered with the approach desired for this song, and also be fully charted.
