The Audacity (Pizza69) [8/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC OK

3.439: This and many many notes in the intro are noticeably off. Given that it's so silent aside from that instrument, it's hard to ignore. This note specifically is about one 48th off or 31ms which isn't big but isn't trivial either. Do consider syncing the intro precisely and recoloring it if you prefer to. It's not a deal breaker, but it's noticeable.

17.626: This should technically be a 48th at 17.657.

18.063: Subjective, but imo this 5/192nds motif to the white noise doesn't feel great. Slowed down, that noise even hits on 24ths so this is quite fast for an abstraction. Consider simple 24ths 4-note trills like 3232 here for example, which would also kinda match the more toned down triplet trills like 27.063.

1:26.595 & 1:26.688: Could afford these 16ths on the loud hihats like 14(123)... Fine as is though.

1:30.063: Same concern as 18.063. A 4242 in 24ths could work here or even a full 32nds since the sax(?) slides on those. Similar on 1:42.063.

2:01.282: Missing note.

2:03.345: Missing note.

Super funky chart, really fun to play and flows quite well. The loud(er) white noise motif is a bit awkward to play. Overall though nothing egregious. Solid stuff.

The Audacity (Pizza69) [7/10]

- Perms, metadata, sync are good

Intro-11.001 - Off-sync notes, double check with the waveform, you can see that most of the notes are not straight 4ths/8ths/12ths. If not, try to listen at 30% speed to recognize the correct snap for the notes

11.501-11.626 - Not straight 24ths either. According to the waveform this is roughly 192nds and a 96th

15.063-15.188 - What are these going to? If this is an additive dump burst, I feel like it does not make sense here

17.626 - 48th not 24th

21.438 - No jump?

23.501 - ^

25.282 - Missing 16th

25.657 - 96th not 16th

27.063 - See 15.063-15.188, check for other iterations as well

33.438 - Jump?

36.438 - ^

41.313-41.501 - Wouldn't really do them as jumps since they're subtle there

42.907-43.001 - These are not 16ths, double check

51.063 - Jump?

54.438 - Jump?

1:02.220, 1:02.668 - Jump?
^ Stopping pointing out about missed jumps, this keeps happening throughout the file, double check
1:27.063 - Hand?

1:30.360 - See 25.657

1:51.063 - See 15.063-15.188

1:51.720 - See 25.282

2:01.282 - ^

This file has me a bit conflicted. It makes sense, but I feel like the layering/approach is overlooked in a few places. I think this could use a few touch-ups based on the notes above, then it's good to go.

Checking in on the status of this submission, as it's past the 1 month probationary period with a "Change Recommended" flag, but there's been no acknowledgment of judge notes or fixes submitted.

Files/Songs with the "Change Recommended" tag require at a minimum a response from the Stepauthor in order to continue through the submission system.

I will check back on this at a later date. If it does not receive a response or fix by then, it could risk rejection.

will get to this hopefully within the week

Updated and fixed most things. I will say though that most of the missing jumps Deam points out were actually very intentional; in the sections where the guitar melody is strong enough, I prioritize that with my jump structure and don't actually intrinsically give jumps to kicks. Outside of those sections I do, which I imagine is where the confusion comes from.
