vocal dump. different styles of patterning for each vocalist, trilly on the 1st verse, anchory on the 2nd verse, rolly on the chorus. ending is pretty cool, adds in stuttery minijacks on the vocals meshing it with the pattern motif from the 2nd verse.

is a banger, probably going to set it aside for owo tappies 3- I hope you like it c:

ok we good now

i made a mistake (Lights) [7.5/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC OK

7.981: Missing synth note. Same for 11.410.

26.945: Arguably missing. Same for 1:21.803 for example.

56.624: Would suggest dicksyncing these jacks since the vocal chops really don't follow 16ths and they're super clear too. It'd just make for a tiny difficulty increase but far from spiky.

1:50.624-2:03.053: This section really doesn't flow well; abstracting just single 24ths and 12ths gives it a swing beat but that doesn't feel super relevant to the singing. It's acceptable in cases like 15.106 where those "flams" are rare accents to short vocals, but not as an entire section.

This chart tiptoes the line of what FFR has in terms of vocal abstractions. That being said, it's executed fairly well and the patterning/motif is clear for the most part. The only section that would really benefit from an overhaul is the one at 1:50.624 noted above. Aside from that, very good consistency and few mistakes.

- Perms, metadata, sync are good

- Would be nice if you put a link for the spreadsheet in your submission next time for quick access, as I was not familiar with the permission before

0:29.910 - These two 24ths can be arguably removed or changed to a single 16th, the vocal is subtle with the F

0:39.258 - Don't quite get the grey notes here

0:53.195-0:54.481 - Honestly, wish there was a representation to the glitched audio instead of the abstract color theory

2:04.445-0:24.588 - Those graces don't make sense to me. If it's for the echo, I don't think they work that well imo

2:30.133-2:30.347 - Unnecessary

Weird cut at the ending

It's a neat dump. But the straight 24ths for the verses don't feel like they fit in the context of FFR. The choruses feel nice and the patterns kinda blend together with both the vocals and the "wooshing" noises. But that's about where I consider the file's viability for FFR.

As both of the judges assigned to this file seem to agree that the execution is, overall, fairly solid and the rejection comes more from an ideological perspective, I'm pushing for a rating appeal on this. The nature of this rejection is too subjective for my tastes.

Rejection overturned, moved to CR status

This is a solid chart. And a dang fun one. And that's what FFR is about. I like this chart a lot.

The notes Op and Deam recommend for a bit of clean up would be worth addressing for a bit of final polish. So moved to CR.

My vocal dump bring all the bois to the yard. and they're like "its better than yours".
