This is somewhat funny as a joke chart. I just don’t think it fits in modern-day FFR.
A new player won’t necessarily understand the needed history behind the song or why this is charted this way to be in on the joke. Something like Farting Around has much more universal comedy to it.
Would probably fit better in an SM/Etterna pack than modern FFR.

Nice meme
Lets be real here for a second. Yes, it's charted accurately to the vocals, but because it's limited only to that, the file plays mostly empty and it's super boring as a result. Difficulty wise the jumps at the 2nd half are a bit of a spike. Placing this in appeal territory in case you want a 3rd judge to review this.
