Cat's rule (ositzxz369) [6.5/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
This chart has a bit of an identity problem. The layering decisions make a lot of sections trivial relative to others when they could very well not be, therefore the balance is not really intuitive. Here are some notable elements of that:
0.212-18.212: This whole intro is super barebones; sure it doesn't have a lot going on in the song but there's still a fair bit more than just those notes. It's a totally valid way to approach it on its own, but it does give a false impression that the rest of the chart should be fairly tame.
18.212-34.212: Up to the ending of this section, these 16ths abstractions are super neat and a rare thing to see at lower difficulties.
34.212: Here all expectations are broken, there's abstract 24ths to the vocals, slight poly transitions, and multiple jumps.
48.212: Diff increasing even more with a 32nds short stream.
1:15.212: Here we add one handed 24ths amongst hands.
1:22.712-1:38.212: Then suddenly the solo is void of any jumps or percussions, making it super trivial relative to what's been introduced.
1:38.212: Back to the chorus with the song been more bouncy, the difficulty is quite easier than the first chorus; lost both the polys and the jumps.
2:07.962-2:09.836: Ayaya.
Other things to note:
1:13.462: Overkill quads, maybe at most for the first one it'd be fine.
1:58.628: Missing note.
2:00.337: Should be a 12th at 2:00.378.
2:01.962: Missing note.
So overall this is a bit too unbalanced structurally, especially on the layering, and would require non-trivial fixes. The 24th abstractions are debatable, although that is a bit more on the subjective side.

Cat's rule (ositzxz369) [6.5/10]
- Perms, metadata, sync are good
1:13.462-1:13.587 - Really don't understand why these are quads? The sound is subtle
1:17.837 - Suggestion to tweak this to [134] for pattern variation on all 16ths
1:26.555 - 32nd, not 64th
1:43.837-1:43.962 - Pattern variation, you already did this the section before that at 1:42.837-1:42.962
1:47.837-1:47.962 - Same as above ^ - it was done with [2][1] both before and after sections of this timestamp
1:49.795 - Missnapped? Why is this note here? Shouldn't this be the 4th?
1:52.837-1:52.937 - As as 1:43.837-1:43.962 & 1:47.837-1:47.962, but honestly more minor imo
1:56.024 - Misnapped, move to 8th. Also probably shouldn't be a minijack
1:58.628 - Missing note?
1:59.618 - Sounds like a 192nd at 1:59.597 instead
*2:00.087-2:00.587 - Misnapped rhythm, double check
2:01.337 - Sounds like 2:01.357 instead
2:01.962 - Missing note
2:04.087-2:04.462 - Misnapped rhythm, double check
2:05.087 - Misnapped
**2:07.962-2:09.711 - That's a spike. Only instance in the file where you add 48th which are excessive, and the streams aren't rolly enough to endure the spike (what's with the anchor stream at the beginning of the stream?)
2:17.462-2:17.587 - See 1:13.462-1:13.587
2:21.837 - See 1:17.837
If you told me this was an ositz file I would have not believed you. Interesting approach to the song with reasonable & creative dump approach to the vocal&/synth, but there are lots of noticable issues to point out at the 2nd that should be definitely be fixed prior to being accepted.
