1:49.740 & 2:00.063 & 2:10.385 & 2:20.708: Fine, but the hihats are so dominant that the repeated 8th motif would probably be better here.
The chart is fine, but this draaags so much. You did a decent job at varying the PR (mostly mirror) and chords for what the song offers. It's slightly odd to have the spikes be on the vocals but then again there's really not much to this song. Would have really liked to see some friendly notes to the scratch in the first half to keep things interesting.

4.068: how come these spoken words aren't PRed more accurately? 2:28.638 is more accurate PR-wise so it would make sense to do it here too
15.546/1:48.45/1:58.772/2:01.353: is there a reason the vocal melody (if you take away the layering) isn't PRed as 212343 instead of 123432? you could chart it as 21[24]34[13][24] and it doesn't change playability in any meaningful way because the hand balance is the same while representing the music better. this feedback mainly applies to the first instance, not sure how well it applies to the other ones or if they will need to be modified slightly
7.5/10: good easy file but would prefer to see the instances of PR i pointed out cleaned up since there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason not to implement them
