2.061 & 6.061 & 10.061 14.061: Consider layering these in with color theory to distinguish between those and 1:06.061 for example.

41.561 & 42.061: Weird PR, should be lower to higher. Happens at 57.561 too. The melody is much more prominent than the bass notes here.

2:07.061: Probably shouldnt be the same column as the previous two 8ths.

Honestly this chart is fine but it just draaags. It's not inherently wrong though so it's a CR from me.

-There's a few PR choices throughout the file that I'd be nitpicky enough to disagree with, such-as 01:46.811 & 01:54.811 being 3-1-2-4 instead of 3-2-3-4 or 2-1-2-4. As well as 00:34.061 being 4--32--1[34]. It gets especially weird with the ending at 02:03.811 and both of the notes for 1 & 3 are higher PR than the 2 down column ending.

-Can't really complain about much else other than maybe song choice and length of the song dragging for the length and easiness of the chart.

I could see this going in. Maybe consider the above single note I provided? Imo it would be much more manageable for its length given the best PR it can have, as it's a repeat issue in a very specific part of the song that repeats itself a few times.
